TA 099-19 Chinese Relation Specialist (Chinese Nationality) (Corporate Strategy & Business Development)

- Investigate and analyze complex service-related to brand of CMG and promote Chinese customer goodwill.
- Function as intermediary to assist operation team in reaching CMG service standard for Chinese customer.
- Advocate Chinese customer viewpoints to manage on decisions directly affecting service-related concerns.
- Analyze and recommend improvements in Chinese customer service policies, systems, programs and services.
- Develop and implement innovative programs and services targeted to specific Chinese customer.
- Provide opportunities for Chinese customer involvement and input on service-related issues and concerns to demonstrate commitment and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 3 years of Chinese customer service experience
- Good command in verbal and written in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Interpersonal skill and a good team player
- Possess trustworthy character together with creative presentation, convincing and negotiating skills
- Active, dynamic with good service mind and positive thinking
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Online Tools, Social Media)
