Job Description

Responsible for initiating and reviewing strategic sales plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change to achieve sales operational objectivesJob Description:

  • Forecast and develop annual sales; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyze trends and results;
  • Recommend pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to determines annual and gross-profit plans.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising team to develop marketing communication tools, and trade promotion programs;
  • Develop field sales action plans to accomplish sales objectives.
  • Co-ordinate with training team to conduct sessions for product & skill development to PC staffs.
  • Develop and expand trust relationships with existing key customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related area or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management with experience in the retail industry or FMCG
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Highly self-motivated
