TA 115-18 Product Content Manager (E-Business)
Location: Central World


  • Manage the overview of product content on the website is accurate, current, and supports Online sales conversion goals and the OMNI-Channels projects
  • Create, update and maintain product assortments for all brands under the company
  • Support brand for a SKUS Production (Line Sheet, Upload, product content modifications, additions, deletions Image)
  • Determine visual image of products by following visual and brand guidelines 
  • Publish on-time and best in class website product content to coincide with product launches, catalogs, flyers and online product promotions
  • Continually monitor the website in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current and pages are free of errors.
  • Identify untapped enrichment opportunities, initiating data mining and driving projects to generate incremental sales
  • Partner with Global Content, Merchandising, Assortment Management, Marketing, and Product Vendors to gain product knowledge and improve site content
  • Work with Marketing, Merchandising, and Vendors to support online programs
  • Provide weekly reporting that tracks enrichment efforts, measure performance against content strategy success KPIs, and communicate findings to management
  • Participate and contribute to cross-functional discussions related to future product content processes and strategies


  • At least 3- 5 years direct experience in product content, and web content which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties. Merchandising, marketing or business management background preferred
  • A strong mix of analytical skills, content strategy, and knowledge of process flow and operational excellence
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment 
  • Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented 
  • Excellent skills in editing various types of web content ranging from general text content to specialized digital content
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities, creative thinker
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver on-time
  • Able to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
