Job Description

  • Create the Platform Strategy, work together with Brand and Platform to drive Sales
  • Support brand for a special project related platform
  • Identify needs and requirements to promote CMG’s product and achieve company target
  • Maintain strong business and working relationships and interact at an appropriate level with key accounts to deliver sales for maximum profit and growth
  • Mentor sales team members
  • Conduct sales reports by collecting sales information and statistics



  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years working experience in Sales or Key Account Management
  • Results-oriented achiever with a proven sales track record in developing business
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing key account deliverable on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation
  • Highly self-motivated.
