TA 123-18 AVP, Head of Customer Relationship Management (Corporate Strategy & Business Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and oversee the CMG CRM strategy includes offline and online sales and marketing objectives
  • Develop CRM programs to build profitable, long-term customer relationships driving customer retention and incremental sales
  • Create customer insights and analytics reports cooperating with T1C team
  • Analyze customer data with creating actionable and strategic plans to support business decisions
  • Be a CRM subject-matter expert on customer data, data architecture and new ways of executing CRM program

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related area or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM with experience in the retail industry or FMCG
  • Minimum of 5 years of team management
  • Experience must include a combination of CRM/Database, Marketing, and Market Analysis, and a blend of proven strategic and tactical capabilities 
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices, tools, and methodologies for marketing insights and analytics 
  • Active listening skills and ability to synthesize and interpret information and respond appropriately 
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to build, and develop a high-performing team
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment 
  • Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented
