TA130-18 Project Manager (Omni Channel) (Account & Finance)

Job Description

  • Responsible in the project management of implementation of the in-house information system
  • Partner with key stakeholders including business units, Internal IT and external stakeholders to ensure digital Omni Channel products meet strategic goals
  • Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
  • Responsible in system study, determines requirements, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress for Omni Channel project and related IT projects
  • Lead users and stakeholders to implement and support agreed upon solutions through consensus building and alignment
  • Identify and manage potential areas of risk associated with existing and new digital Omni Channel products and policies 
  • Assist in troubleshooting  issues related to Omni Channel products and related software applications 

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or other related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years's experience managing E-Commerce, Digital Omni Channel products and Online set up is required; experience within retail business is a plus
  • Experience delivering complex technology 
  • At least 3 years direct experience in Project Management 
  • Experience delivering complex technology products and services in a high growth environment with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirement
  • Excellent in English, both writing and speaking 
  • Good communication skill, Innovative and Fast Learner
